Not every room needs hardwood, and we'll tell you that honestly. Luxury vinyl plank and engineered flooring go in fast, hold up to moisture, and look great. We'll help you pick the right product for the right room.

The People Behind the Work
Helpers Contracting is a family operation. Josh learned hardwood flooring from his dad, who started the business in 2008. He's been in the trades since he was 14 — sanding floors, learning grain patterns, figuring out which stain brings out the character in a piece of oak.
After a few years sharpening his skills with larger residential contractors and a stint in sales at a Fortune 500 company, Josh came back to what he knows. He formed Helpers Contracting in 2015 because this is where he belongs — on job sites, working with his hands, leaving homes better than he found them.
We price fairly and we communicate clearly. If something isn't going to work the way you want it to, we'll tell you before we start — not after. If you have a plan, we'll execute it. If you don't have a plan, we'll help you build one.
We serve Andover, Brooklyn Park, New Brighton, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Anoka, Rogers, and the surrounding northwest metro.
